Wade Emmert is a partner at Carrington Coleman and is a member of the Health Care practice group.

Mr. Emmert is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  For 25 years, Mr. Emmert has represented health care systems and facilities of all sizes and individual practitioners in outcome-critical litigation and complex regulatory and compliance matters.

Mr. Emmert has experience advising health care practitioners, hospitals and other facilities regarding regulatory compliance (Stark, Antikickback, False Claims Act, HIPAA), creating multidisciplinary practices for physicians and other practitioners, advising on a board range of health care business transactions, leading health care litigation matters including medical and nursing malpractice and False Claims Act litigation, and representing practitioners before their respective licensing boards.  Mr. Emmert also has professional liability experience in defense of insurance brokers and agents.
