A unique combination of analytics and creativity is Bruce’s calling card. After graduating from SMU law school, he completed his LLM in tax at NYU and worked at a top law firm in Washington, DC.

Bruce then transitioned to investment banking working on Wall Street for many years. He worked in New York and London as a Goldman Sachs-trained investment banker. Working with top lawyers and bankers around the world, he faced the most perplexing tax, legal, finance, accounting, and regulatory matters.

Bruce returned to Texas ready to apply his experience and technical skills to serve Texas clients. He has the rare ability to analyze complex legal principles and communicate in a clear, concise way. Clients know him for his intensity, passion, and commitment.
